If time runs out before one team can make all of their opponents’ cups, the game continues until one team wins by making all of their opponent’s cups.

Flip Cup

This game is best played with four people. Set up two teams of two and have each player stand at one end of the table. Fill half a cup with beer and place it in front of each player. The goal is to drink the beer, flip the cup over so that it rests on the edge of the table, and then drink the rest of the beer. The first player to do all three tasks on their team wins a point. The first team to score five points wins the game.

This game is also best played with four people. One person starts as the Quarters referee and stands in the middle of the table. The other three players line up on one side of the table, each quarter in hand. When the referee says “go,” the first player tries to bounce their quarter into one of the cups on the opposing side of the table. If they succeed, their opponent has to drink from that cup and replace it with a quarter. The first player who makes all four quarters into cups wins.

 

Flip Cup Basketball

enjoyThis game requires some preparation and is best played with six to eight people. Set up two tables facing each other, making sure that the length of both tables matches up perfectly. Measure out a spot in front of each table for players to stand. Line one end of both tables with cups filled with beer so that there are three on each side (six total). The game’s goal is to make a shot from across the table into one of the opponent’s cups. If you make the shot, your opponent has to drink the beer and replace it with a cup of their own. The first player to make all six shots wins.
